WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Tun Abdul Razak, Melaka and soon will be working in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Perak working closely with Psychology Unit. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Managing, planning, preparing, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive clinical rehabilitation services and appropriate psychological support to patients. 2. Providing psychology services, guidance, and counseling based on psychological principles to patients at the PERKESO Rehabilitation Center. 3. Implementing medical training activities and psychological recovery treatments for Clinical Staff and supervised members involved in the Clinical Rehabilitation program. 4. Handling, designing, managing, providing, and advising on psychological recovery programs and assisting in the proper, complete, and comprehensive execution of directions from Experts, Medical Rehabilitation Officers, and Healthcare staff during examinations, routine ward visits, and clinical procedures. 5. Ensuring professional Psychology, Guidance, and Counseling services to enhance the psychology of patients through Development, Prevention, and Recovery programs. 6. Ensuring and completing daily progress reports of patients. 7. Updating, organizing, completing, and ensuring the proper storage of all patient records, charts, and documentation at all times. 8. Establishing effective alternatives and methods in providing psychological treatment to patients by examining medical records and incident history to facilitate effective counseling. 9. Ensuring, maintaining, and practicing a culture of good and noble clinical rehabilitation ethics with patients, caregivers, visitors, staff, supervised staff, and other branches. 10. Other duties as directed from time to time. REQUIRED QUALITIES: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Psychology Good Interpersonal, Good communication skill, Computer Literate. Ability to organize and prioritize work Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
