HR Assistant
(Short Term Contract with possibility of Extension)
Main duties include:
- Supporting the recruitment and on-boarding procedure of statutory and non-statutory staff according to the EU Regulatory Framework.
- Implementing initiatives related to learning and development activities such as, staff engagement surveys, learning needs analysis, training platforms, etc.
- Supporting the development, implementation and follow-up of HR policies, procedures, processes, and internal guidelines.
- Drafting and preparing meeting documents, operational reports, correspondence, and other ensuring compliance with internal corporate identity.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of CSS, including agenda-planning, and monitoring/following up on projects.
- Taking on additional tasks as required in the interest of service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition and/or career development in a multinational environment
- Proven experience in drafting policies, procedures, guidelines, and HR related documents.
- Excellent use of the English language (both oral and written)
- Excellent presentation skills, (PowerPoint and HR reporting tools)
- Strong sense of initiative and commitment with the ability to manage sensitive personal data and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, combined with the capacity to work on several projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent service-oriented approach.
- Experience working in EU institutions, or International Organizations would be considered an asset.
