JOB SPECIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architectural Drafting Technology, or equivalent certification.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
- Must have extensive experience in the use of Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion and/or other 3D rendering software.
- Skills in Revit and Photoshop is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION /DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Architect in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, details and written specification.
- Process plotting and blueprinting orders.
- Assist in archiving physical and digital documents.
- Visit sites, collect information, determine scope of work, limitation and feasibility of designs.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct research when required.
