About the role

We are seeking a talented administrator/customer service professional to provide support to our busy business in Dandenong South.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Assist customers directly via phone and e-mail
  • Liaise with our technical department to find solutions for our customers
  • Timely processing of customer returns and credits
  • Attend to customer sales follow up
  • General administrative duties as required

About you – Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Experience in phone and email communication
  • Confident computer skills, including the ability to learn an in-house ERP system
  • Customer focused
  • A willingness to take on new challenges, be a self-starter and work as part of a team
  • Previous mechanical and/or Industrial experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
