Anesthesiologist Physician - (Anesthesiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Great opportunity for an anesthesiologist in Iowa. Facility is in need of a provider with cardiac experience. Fellowship training is a plus, but not required. other cases include general surgery, bread & butter, and some obstetrics.
As a critical care specialist responsible for pain management and the maintenance of vital life functions, anesthesiologists(l! ocum tenens) are an integral part of the operating room. Anest! hesiologists meet with patients in a preoperative setting to determine the best and safest course of action for pain management during the medical procedure, evaluating the patient's medical history in order to come up with the optimal course of action. During medical procedures, anesthesiologists monitor heart rate, blood pressure and other bodily functions and administer appropriate anesthesia.
