This medical center features 238-bed serving the residents of a 33-country area in Io! wa, Nebraska and South Dakota. The center features the region's only Level II trauma center, and includes centers of excellence in stroke care, cardiac care, orthopedics, cancer care, and more. The hospital is located in Sioux City, Iowa, off of the shores of the Missouri River. While on assignment here, be sure to visit the Lewis and Clark interpretive center, Nature Center, Stone State Park, and the Belle of Sioux City Riverboat Casino. Sioux City is also located less than 2 hours from Omaha, Nebraska; 3 hours from Des Moines, Iowa; and 5 hours from Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
