Test Coordinator – 12 Month Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Test Coordinator to support the testing efforts for an inflight transformational initiative currently being undertaken. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, ensuring that test regions are available, prerequisites for a successful test are in place, test cases are executed at the appropriate time and that tests are properly documented. Additionally, the Program Test Coordinator will lead test reporting. The Program Test Coordinator will work closely with the Program Test Manager, Program Leadership, Project Managers and other key stakeholders to support and track testing goals and ensure timely execution of tests so that Program Critical Path to delivery can be maintained.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple streams
- Collaborate with the Program Test Manager and PM’s to help execute testing goals and ensure alignment with Program timelines and requirements
- Manage and track test plans and test case scheduling – ensuring all preconditions are in place to achieve success – including data requirements
- Review test results and escalate issues or any opportunities for improvement cross-functionally
- Extract data from Program test database and create test reporting dashboards
- Support Program Test Manager with test process improvement

What you should have:
- Minimum of 3yrs of experience in software/application testing or coordination role
- Familiarity with common testing concepts and methodology
- Experience with testing in Agile development environments
- Experience with testing in multi-stream, cross-functional testing dependency environments
- Experience interfacing with popular industry testing tools, such as JIRA and XRAY
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience producing test reporting and dashboards
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with testing concepts
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
