Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Sales and Marketing officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Human Resources products and services, generating leads, and driving sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the Human Resources market, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies to reach potential buyers and investors.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales plan with a road map to achieve planned business objectives through identification and tapping new business opportunities; with profit responsibility.
- Explore new business opportunities and ventures for business growth.
- Manage the day- to-day operations of the sales team such as gathering information, sharing inputs, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Make regular customer visits for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and possibilities to boost sales.
- Develop new customer base and sustain existing business by periodic customer meetings, conducting various customer trials and managing effective customer intimacy.
- Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
- Offer technical advice to customers, drive sales and maintain strong customers’ interaction. You will understand the needs of the customers and provide advice and guidance accordingly.
- Perform periodic analysis of market performance of products and advise on the scope of improvement required in company’s existing products line.
- Work on market development as per set goals and provide feedback from customers with regards to sales and marketing of concerned products.
- Guide the independent marketing managers and the virtual sales agents in opening new vendor accounts
- Perform other related duties or assignments as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing and or related discipline.
- 3-5 years Technical Sales Experience.
- An exceptional record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and excellent eye for detail
