Could you be the full-time Accounts Payable Senior Associate in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your curiosity and learning drive in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to one of our Procure to Pay Operations Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside young, united and funny teammates.
You'll be one of the spinning wheels that contributes to the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, local organization, general ledger and closing), processing documents, solving inquires and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performing end-to-end accounting activities related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
We’ll look to you for:
- Validating and optimizing supplier templates in the Optical Character Recognition module;
- Checking accuracy of received documents and ensures proper rejection and communication towards the involved parties (e.g. suppliers and business);
- Ensures all mismatches are identified and properly communicated to the responsible business counterpart through the available approval tools;
- Resolving supplier and business queries;
- Ensuring compliance with the Accounts Payable policies and internal desktop procedures.

- Experience or understanding of accounting processes;
