  • Speaks and Writes English fluently.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and any other.
  • Capable of Managing the office and Staff.

Job Description:

  • General maintenance of office building and infrastructural facilities.
  • Ensure a clean, functional and exquisite work environment
  • Supervision of Office staff, drivers, tea boys, technicians, dispatch men etc
  • Keeping record of data/information on Company assets(fixed assets)
  • Proper record keeping of diesel data.
  • Ensure compliance to Company’s brand (quality management/ look and feel)

•​Interface and negotiate with contractors/ vendors /Service providers/Government agencies on services needed.

  • Record keeping of the maintenance log of Company’s equipment and motor vehicles
  • Prepare and manage company finances and accounting, including support with invoicing and payroll.
  • Manage Project and Resource Management System.
  • Human Resource management; including HR issues, managing HR files and staff appraisals / JDs/

recruitment/ inductions/ objectives/ staff benefits /team-building days/ holidays etc.

  • Maintain Staff HR register including contact details, payroll etc.
  • Ensuring all company insurances/contracts/utilities are in place and at reasonable premiums.

•​Facilitating business development ideals and strategies to increase project opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.

  • Refining the existing company’s systems (e.g. telephone, IT etc.) policy and procedures, handbooks.
  • Review and update office Procedures Handbook.
  • Review and update filing system.
  • IT – manage the smooth running of the IT system and all office software in conjunction with IT Vendors;

systems administration.

•​Collaborate with Marketing/PR Manager on website, social media, company portfolio, and marketing materials.

  • Oversee ad-hoc in-house projects and Facility Management e.g. office renovation and repairs.
