Petrol Forecourt Manager for our Ballymac Site
Must have full driving licence and independant means to commute in and out of work
Must have 3 years managment experience in the industry
Must live within a short drive to dundalk
· Ensure that station is applying the correct fuel retail prices as instructed from time to time so as to maximise fuel profit margins.
· Plan and manage the Staff rota, stock availability and sales targets. Ensure standards remain high and continually look for ways to improve.
· Make sure that all staffs Provide excellent customer service to drive sales forward.
· To carry out monthly fuel audits in order to ensure the correct payments of monies and security of the Company’s fuel stocks.
· To train each staff member at the station and ensure that good customer practice is carried out consistently.
· Motivate, lead, support and coach your team to bring out the best in those around you.
Excellent all-round managing skills, Strong experience in Excel. Excellent organisational and proven ability to manage the full extent of business requirements. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
