We are currently seeking a seasoned Payroll Administrator to join our HR team based in Athens.
Main Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Participate in the communication with local authorities (ERGANI, SEPE, EFKA)
Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, new hire guides)
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Key Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role will be considered
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good time management and organizational skills
