As one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, Fresh Direct Produce is looking for a team-oriented Janitor to join us. The Janitor performs janitorial, general cleaning, and housekeeping duties as assigned. This is a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Wiping down the lunchrooms and pantry every couple of hours
- Disinfecting and cleaning all the door knobs, handles, and keycode pads
- Disinfecting and cleaning the washrooms
- Cleaning of front sales area
- Wiping of office windows and blinds
- Any other janitorial or housekeeping duties as assigned from time to time
- Previous janitorial experience preferred
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Occasionally lift heavy loads
- Flexibility to work on some weekends and statutory holidays
