As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external customers, updating inventory management systems and excel spreadsheets and coordinating deliveries with freight and logistics providers.

Your duties:
- Responsible for internal customers inquiries and resolving issues.
- Customer service via phone and email.
- Data entry via excel
- Liaising with stakeholders to follow up on freight issues and monitor delivery status.
- Looking after major freight carriers and internal customers.
About you:
- Intermediate to advance excel skills - experience with Vlookups and pivot tables
- Great communication skills
- Experience with a Logistic or freight forwarding company
- High attention to detail
