Customer Service Assistant [Germany]


 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level, effective administrative support that contributes to the effective operation of the unit.

This position is a temporary, part-time position with 20 hours per week, initial contract for 6 months, renewable. An attractive pay rate of €2,900 + allowance is offered.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Performing a range of administrative duties to support senior management and the branch.

Provide services to handle inquiries from our customers.

Process requisitions for goods and services, process invoices for payment in accordance with purchasing policies and procedures to ensure timely delivery of services.

Distribute circulars and all correspondence, including incoming mail and faxes, to keep supervisors and employees informed and able to respond to necessary issues within established deadlines.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: 2,900.00€ per month
