Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
You will act as Product Development Manager through which you will get exposed to a variety of tasks and responsibilities, e.g.:
- Take ownership in making the product successful.
- Drive strategic key initiatives in product development
- Develop report or presentation materials for upward management
- Be responsible to build product pipeline, product development, product launch and continuous improvement of product via market research and customer interviews.
- Prepare product materials for customer meeting, sales workshop and internal knowledge sharing to facilitate and drive sales.
- Work with cross function and different stakeholders to ensure product or service delivery.
- Conduct data analysis on product performance management
- Drive knowledge sharing across the different teams
- Optimize product development processes and tools

- Strong product experience and strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Can maintain an overview and prioritise tasks when running several projects in parallel
- Has project management experience where leadership, planning, communication and stakeholder management are key disciplines
- Prior logistics product/service experience is a plus
- Results-oriented and dares to bring forward new ideas and initiatives
- Is a team player with good interpersonal skills and willing to help out where needed
- An international mindset, willingness to travel and a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English
