Report to: Senior Technical Trainer
Job Responsibilities:
Mission: To enhance Siam Gypsum’s expertise image in Gypsum products and services/ solutions/ systems to be respected in the industry for both specialist knowledge and customer service.
- Manage, prepare and carry out Siam Gypsum’s products and systems training programs to staff, DSD, SCG and customers both according to schedule and upon requests.
- Support professional training programs and accredited certified training programs for Siam Gypsum’s products, systems and solutions.
- Carry out demonstrations of new and existing products and systems.
- Manage Installation testing and give technical feedback for
- New product or system with Category team
- Customer Claim with QA team
- Test system with PSTC
- Inspect quality complaint for installed products.
- Support/solve project issues and maintain customer relations.
- Keep up-to-date and remain aware on technical initiatives, leading edge solutions, trends, and new developments.
Job Qualifications:
- Vocational degree, High Vocational degree or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related fields.
- Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Honesty and trustworthy.
- Sound knowledge of building construction materials.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and service minded.
- Team Player attitude.
- Good business partnership with customers.
- Self-confident. Challenge ideas and norms.
- High responsible and good discipline.
- English proficiency is a plus.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in construction environment.
- Training or demonstration experiences in construction materials are a plus
