The position
As our new Supply Planner, you will oversee the timely purchase and delivery of raw materials to our production.
The job also includes the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring raw material stock levels and placing orders in due time for our manufacturing
- Following up with deliveries, as well as with internal stakeholders, like Warehouse (WH), Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Process change notifications via change request, ensuring proper documentation handling
- Own deviations and complaints in case suppliers do not perform as agreed
- Timely invoice clearing in alignment with finance department
You will build strong relationships with our suppliers to guarantee a stable flow of materials and find joint solutions in cases of disruptions.
Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate will have some experience from similar positions, but newly graduated candidates will also be considered.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An educational background in the supply chain, business administration, or engineering or technical experience from similar positions.
- Strong analytical mindset – both in terms of data and processes.
- A desire to work in a GMP environment, and prepare precise documentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Experience working in an ERP system.
- Fluency in English.

You are a team player, who can easily interact across the organization and with our suppliers, in order to achieve common goals.
About the department
The Supply Chain and Procurement team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues that cover different areas of responsibilities such as inbound supply, material and supplier implementation, production and capacity planning, procurement, and category management.
