EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Graduate of BS in Chemistry, BS in Food Technology, BS in Pharmacy or any related-course from a reputable school.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In-charge of the company’s product and process innovation.
2. Spearheads technology transfer and process validation.
3. Conducts stability and compatibility studies, in-house test acceptability, sensory evaluation, and efficacy.
4. Supports and assists Sales and Marketing Departments in product presentation through preparation of prototypes and other pertinent reference materials.
5. Establishes product and manufacturing parameters and coordinates with production team, quality control, logistics.
6. Prepares and executes product development project plan which will help the management in its expansion.
7. Analyzes consumer insights and leads product studies in the laboratory.
8. Formulates, develops, and tests products that address clients’ needs and/or requirements.
9. Collates and processes information from technical research.
10. Provides recommendations and educational resources relevant to the development and innovation of existing or potential products.
11. Record and document the entire research and development process.
