Freelance HR Officer [Belgium]

YOUR ROLE

  • You support the HR Manager in the day-to-day management (full backup in his absence).
  • You handle all incoming employee questions concerning maternity leave, working hours, compensation, etc.
  • You support all levels of the organization.
  • You guide employees through the different channels of information.
  • You deliver support in all HR-related topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in an HR administration function.
  • You are supportive and have a warm and welcoming appearance.
  • You have knowledge of social law to respond to the questions from employees.
  • You preferably have experience in payroll and hard HR matters.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: part-time (3 days up to 5 days in July/August)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Brussels and remote
