We are now inviting applications for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting and meet members to build up rapport
Conducts frequent and thorough inspections of club areas, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the club
Ensure all daily members booking are prepared with the appropriate set up
Assist with creating work orders and assigns work orders to subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders and assists management in resolving problems.
Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files.
Responsible for the inventory of uniform, linen, supplies and operating equipment
Understands and strictly adheres to the club’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety
Assist with supervising club’s external service provider, such as linen, laundry, outsource cleaning, detergent supply, pest control, pool, landscape and florist
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably in business administration and management discipline
Proven experience in administrative works and setting up a business unit
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
Resourceful, good time management and willing to work with people
Strong ability in planning, organizing and monitoring progress
Sensible in figures, critical thinking and excellent verbal and written
