Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are still busy and the Auckland construction market is still looking for talent. We are currently looking for an Intermediate or Senior Building Surveyor to join a well respected organisation based in Auckland.
This client is coming through 2023 looking pretty good and they have a solid pipeline of work developing. They get involved in a variety of private, corporate and commercial clients throughout Auckland, getting involved in building condition assessments and various inspections etc.
The scope of work has increased recently and with work building up they are in a pretty good space. Therefore they are looking to increase the team and are searching for a Degree Qualified Building Surveyor, RICS Chartered (or working towards).
Some of the skills/experience we'll be looking for are -
- Experience working on Commercial/Residential/Industrial projects
- Condition Assessments
- Cost Estimates
- Maintenance planning and programming
- Project Management
- Defect Analysis
