- Administration and processing of opportunity and leads in TSI-Force (Sales Force)
- Creation of internal sales support orders via workflow tool (ZDF)
- Updating status of opportunity and leads in TSI-Force (Sales Force) on request of Sales Expert
- Recording of activities discussed with the customer by telephone and preparation as minutes via mail
- Offer preparation with tracking from standardized templates (follow-up phone calls)
- Order administration/purchasing - Creation of DealRegs
- Tracking tasks belonging to opportunities and support Expert Sales keeping track on these tasks
- Internal tracking for smaller projects (composition of bid team, onboarding and tracking)
- Serving tendering and awarding portals
- Maintaining lists (e.g. nomination of costumers for the start of sales activities etc.)
- German language knowledge (at least B2)
- Good problem solving skills
- Willingness to work in international teams
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Proactive personality
- English is a nice to have
