We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative, in Spain, to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

Your role
As a CASAFARI Sales Development Representative you play a critical role in the sales process by identifying potential customers and qualifying them for further engagement with the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Detect, identify and generate sales opportunities from Casafari’s target list (real estate agencies/brokerages and developers);
- Outbound sales and prospects nurturing through cold calling & cold emailing;
- Qualify leads and report customers needs to your manager and in Salesforce;
- Organize and book product demos to potential customers through a proactive approach;
- Track all sales actions in Salesforce (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, etc);
- Collect feedback and communicate it to the product management.
What we are looking for
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development team (preferably in a B2B, SaaS or RE company);
- Native Spanish and fluent English;
- Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals;
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Empathetic, desire to help and support clients;
- Passionate about new AI technologies;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
