We're looking for a In Store Activation Specialist to strengthen our team in Petaling Jaya. You will work on a set of different global and local brands within the portfolio (OldTown, Super, L’Or, & Moccona). You will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and implementation of nationwide and account specific activities and point of sales material.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
1. Responsible for the development of all nationwide & account specific in-store materials (displays, shelf and other POSM) for all brands according to the guidelines while ensuring the cost price is within allocated budget and deliver on time to respective region/customer with proposed allocation
2. Development and implementation of ideas to ensure an excellent execution and activation of all brands on the shop floor (in-store sampling activities & roadshows) with Sampling Activation agencies.
3. Support of national promotions fitting & deployment within the promotional strategy set by the Category/Channel Development Managers with the aligned budget
4. Develop Monthly Merchandising Guidelines & Planogram. Deploy and communicate to the Sales Team & Merchandising Agency to ensure track promotion materials are well-executed & track the post-mortem report
5. Consolidate the Sales Fundamental Projects data (MSL, Perfect Store, Hang Sell) from the Sales team to assist Shopper Marketing/Sales Excellence Team to get insightful information
6. Analyze in-store activation effectiveness, update and track all live projects and ensure updates to local and regional stakeholders
7. Track competitive in-store activities, share with relevant stakeholders, and develop learnings and actions
Qualifications
You are an enthusiastic person with a matching educational marketing or business background
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Distributor Management/ Sales;
- FMCG experience, preferably in an international environment;
- Independent & good team player, good communication skills with fluency in English
- Advance in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
