The European Regional Transport Management Center (TMC) was founded in Budapest by Robert Bosch Kft. in 2014. To keep and increase competitiveness, the intense development of logistical activities has become necessary, thus enhancing the importance of logistics within the company. As a result, alongside production and development, Bosch Group operates a high-level competency centre in logistics field which offers efficient, globally unique, and ground-breaking services to its plants.


Job Description


In our team we ensure the digitalization of Bosch’s global transport network. With your contribution we roll-out and setup a newly developed transport management system for our plants around the world. With your help, we ensure a smoothness system usage for our global daily operation in all continents. For this a strong alignment with all stakeholders along the transport chain is mandatory.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Training and onboarding of internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers and carriers). Intercontinental (sea, air and rail) transportation in focus.
  • Monitoring of implementation status, interface errors. Documentation of special processes.
  • Coordinate implementation related activities with all stakeholders
  • Drive implementation related process improvement projects via cross functional departments
  • Support system configuration (Network link creation, profile setting, interface activation)
  • Monitor and support daily operational stabilization phase during hyper care phase.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • People matter - good team player
  • University degree in relevant field or working experience in forwarding and transportation (plant, distribution center, service provider, etc.)
  • Analytical but also creative thinking, highly motivated to develop, coordinate and implement new concepts and processes
  • Ability to quickly understand complex systems, advanced Excel knowledge, precise work
  • Customer-oriented, cooperative, communicative and able to work under pressure. Strong communication skill
  • Experience with process implementation in Transport Management System and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge, German, Chinese is an advantage
  • Logistics working experience minimum 3 years
