NAOS Solutions seeks to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Use our Applicant Tracking System to assess candidates, including their resumes and contact details.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent up to Fluent French level: a native speaker will be interviewing & assessing you for each language.

In addition to the French language, you will be required to speak either:
- Native level in Arabic - both speaking and writing
- Advanced or Fluent level in English - both speaking and writing
- Advanced or Fluent level in English AND native level in Arabic - both speaking and writing
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (at least one year).
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Impeccable interviewing & questioning skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
