This role will collaborate and mentor art directors, copywriters, photographers, videographers, developers, experience designers, and account managers to transform our work, make new discoveries, ask questions, suspend assumptions, research, and interpret. You will lead the team to think quickly on their feet, experiment, and inspire them to connect people to the world around them.

- Possesses an awesome portfolio of imaginative work that depicts fantastic thinking and execution.

- Ability to direct work with a teams of Art directors, Designers, Copywriters and Production resources to create consistent visual/verbal messages throughout all media.
- Well versed in workflows, digital asset management, problem solving, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customers’ needs.
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.
- Ability to autonomously identify issues, analyze potential solutions and use expert technical judgment to make sound business decisions.
Required Experience
8-10+ yrs. of experience in marketing and/or advertising, with a focus on both retail and institutional creative in print, digital and environmental space. Or comparative experience
The national pay range for this role is $94,400- $190,000 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
