Job Description:
Assist Reservations Manager on daily operation
Making room reservation for guests and answer guests enquires
Provide guests with the most updated and accurate information
Handle booking issues such as replying email
Requirement:
4-5 years of relevant experience
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly preferred
Less experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Clerk
