With the continuous expansion of the business, they are currently looking for a well rounded product owner to drive the discovery and delivery of the product vision and roadmap for our eCommerce B2B/B2C platform in an agile environment, in partnership with business and technology partners.

Job Description

  • Own, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Lead the agile product squad as Product Owner to deliver the product build road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the product
  • Drive the product as a strategic asset, and support the product with management tools and processes
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of technical and business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the product
  • Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that the product remains highly useful and competitive
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of development, design, testing, research, and business to build amazing experiences for the end user
  • Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentations to help inform and drive decision-making
  • Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions, and bring them to life

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in building/managing complex platforms and products
  • Strong product development, delivery and product management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details and creative thinker with a vision
  • Good technical grasp of architecture, analysis and design
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders
