Part Time Admin [Singapore]


 

  • Provide support on daily operational matters such as simple data entry, compiling invoices.
  • Preparation of Delivery Orders
  • Attending to customers enquiries and orders.
  • Handling incoming calls and attend to walk in-visitors.
  • Office maintenance & filing.
  • Liaising with customers on installation dates.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the Sales Project Team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: $10.00 per hour
