WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Operations Returns Specialist you have a good level in Excel. Indeed Pivot Table and VlookUp formulas have no secret for you; allowing you to read complex data and various reports. This candidate has Supply Chain experience possibly with an account phasing background. You are capable of crafting and presenting meaningful metrics to your peers, your managers and other partners internally or externally; Giving them guidelines, advices and recommendations.

You also have a minimum of project management experience (leading, co leading or participating in projects). Our new specialist has also strong partner management experience, interacting with various partners with different level of seniority. This person would have acquired this experience in a fast paced environment.

We’re searching for outstanding teammates with a customer service and operation mentality capable of creating and coming up with initiatives on their own.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead the execution of a reverse flow and optimize services. You ensure a detailed and compliant way of processing the returns within the assigned portfolio of partners, while working with x-functional collaborators (internally and externally) to perform the needed actions to get the products back to the Nike warehouse and credit the customers. The Returns Specialist has a deep understanding of the business operations works on capability transition.

  • Process incoming Return Requests from our Wholesale and Partner accounts
  • Document requests and follow up with appropriate parties in alignment with audit controls
  • Actively tackle discrepancies in any of the return requests, analyzing the different steps within the SC operations and acquire an investigation with the X-functional partners
  • Coordinate the Returns Request with Nike Logistics Facilities & Carriers
  • Follow up and give inputs towards accounts on their adherence to our Returns Policy
  • Support your accounts and your team in delivering on targeted goals
  • Analysis on returns data and define appropriate actions to ensure smooth process flow
  • Enable outstanding results by taking the right Return Management decisions and optimize the process
  • Implement new process flows according to the marketplace evolution and the Nike strategy
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You are part of a team, in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the MPU’s operational business needs. You will partner closely with Marketplace Operations, Finance, Sales and Customer Finance and will daily connect with your customers, carrier network and Nike’s logistics teams. You will assist the Returns Capability team on new capabilities and efficient processes.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Supply Chain Experience / Operations experience (account phasing is a plus)
  • Experience working with Excel (vlookup and pivot table); Tableau Alteryx, or Cognos is a plus
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, projects and collaborators to drive an outstanding customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with SLA’s and keeping track of set goals for the customers
