Customer Service Representative I [United States]


 

How You'll Rock the Role:
  • Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with current status
  • Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status
  • Prepare and publish reports
  • Review data reports including conducting vlookups and pivot tables to identify missing information
  • Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excel skills: vlookups, pivot tables
  • Data entry experience; 10 key proficient
  • High Level of attention to detail
  • Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
  • Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone, strong communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent some college preferred.
Note: worker will use personal computer for first 30 days on assignment, using Amazon Workspace/VDI for remote access. They will be provided UMG equipment after completing 30 days. Candidates MUST have viable personal equipment to start.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position:
$16.OO/hour-$20.OO/hour
