JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review and/or lodge all Company Secretarial documents to SSM
- Handle potential clients enquiries & liase with clients on all matters related on submissions/documentations
- Liase with external parties eg other Secretarial Firms, Auditors, Tax Agents, Local Authorities etc
- Familiar with MyCoID and MBRS online submission
- Maintain statutory books, registers and Secretarial records.
- Other Projects or Assignments as directed by the superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate possess qualification recognised by SSM are preferred.
- Candidates without qualification but with extensive training and experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years company secretarial practice experience
- Well versed with the Companies Act, 1965/2016 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
